Step 5 : You add to the excel file containing information about the recipient of your message by clicking the Browse button and you find this excel file, select that file and click Open:
Step 6 : You select the sheet which contains the information of the people you want to send messages to.:
In the next panel that appears, you can choose who to send the message to, or leave the default to select all and click OK. Then click Next: Arrange your envelope to Step 4:
Step 7 : You proceed to fill in the information from the sender to the recipient information on the message cover. To add message recipient fields such as Full Name, Address,.. click More items and then in the panel that appears, select the property field that you want to insert into the message cover and then click Insert:
Similarly, click More items to insert other fields. When you have finished inserting the information fields, click Next: Preview your envelopes to go to Step 5:
In Step 5 you can click on the arrow icon as shown in the image to see if the message cover is exactly what you want, if not you can go back to the previous step to edit, but yes, click Next: Complete the merge to go to Step 6:
Step 8 : Click Edit individual envelopes and select All in the panel that appears and click OK to finish creating the message cover process:
